A buddy of mine is having his Ram 5500 custom built by Stehler Concepts to haul his camper around. They did such an awesome job that I was so jealous so I thought I'd share.
Front bumper with a warn 17.5 with enough lights to be seen from space and a rear bumper with a warn 15,000 pound winch

That is awesome! Nice fabrication work! I still want to build a quad trailer with that idea, fold down a couple of doors and there's your outdoor kitchen.

He also works in the movie industry and a lot of times has to live on set so he built himself something that he could take comfortable off road as well as live in while working on set. As far as price tag goes... don't ask, brand new dodge 5500, all the custom work to the box not to mention that he flew down to the factory where artic fox makes their campers and had his 'specially' designed! :D

stehler concepts???.. pretty sure hi lite did 90% of that thing

They may be one & the same because I know my buddy dropped the truck off at Hi Lite, but the guy Ryan who is doing all the custom work on it is Stehler Concepts.

Well we made some modifications to it. Turns out the rear winch comes in real handy for the boat rack / deck that we built for it. It now raises & lowers the deck/rack automaticly. The truck has 3 receiver hitches on the back, so we used some 2" square tube for the mount and some 2 x 1 inch for the frame work.
Left enough room so you can still get into the back of the camper without lowering the boat/ deck
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y112/mikewild/Johns%20Truck/Fab047.jpg
So far so good
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y112/mikewild/Johns%20Truck/prefab.jpg
The straps on the back looked ugly, so some eye bolts were mounted on the frame to have all the ratchet straps on the inside of the boat along with the wheels.
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y112/mikewild/Johns%20Truck/uglystraps.jpg
And the final product all finished and out camping, had to add some nice stained cedar planks with tech screws for the decking.

The kitchen area with slide out grill & BBQ worked awesome, even had the water hook ups right there for easy clean up afterwards.

All told you can probably quadruple that price tag, and the build took over a year. His truck is a 2011 and had 273kms on it when he picked it up at the end of June this year. Still had to be rescued by my Superduty when he ran the batteries dead! :D
