With what you listed, there is nothing that would make it worth more than any other. What you listed is all basic maintenance items. The only thing that may be of value is the new motor. If you have paperwork for the motor, like a reciept for the shop and work done, you can likely add 30% - 50% of what the new motor cost you to be put in. Do a search on craigslist or car dealers and see what same model/year vehicles are selling for.

I this value is more than blue book, you can argue for that. If its less than blue book, keep your mouth closed and hope they pay blue book

Regardless of what you spent on Modifications it decreases the value of the vehicle (based on their criteria) so think everything not original is a strike against the value. Difficult to comprehend but it's the way they do it.

icbc actually scours craigslist to get their value. And all they look at is year and condition. Get receipts. someone wrote off my 4runner that had a rebuilt engine, and because of rust they only wanted to give me $800. But remember insurance is value of replacement. they will try to undercut the shit out of you. But what you have to remind them is that you have to be able to find a replacement of that vehicle in that running order. After a bunch of bad noise back and forth they gave me $2400. But get your own craigslist adds together showing a higher value for that year.

If its not rusty I could see it on the classifieds for 5000 or so depending on the wheels and tires on it

go talk to an icbc broker you can get extra insurance for i think about 35, bucks a year you have to list all your mod;s and take a pic and thay will value your truck acording to what its worth with the mod's and if somthing hapins u get what its worth i need to do mine too cuz if you dont its just what the blue book says its worth :dontknow:

Thats the problem with trucks, you put money in and only get 1/4 of it out ;)
