doing a bunch of stuff for the longest time, spent a while putting new doors on the jeep which mandy helped me do as well cause of my fucked hand
this back door never opened for a few months cause someone put the childlock on and the outter door handle was fucked lol, notice the door is bent out now

This door hinge was a joke, it was half assed welded 1/2 off of the body so it came off and was redone

Also picked this up off eBay for 12 bucks, polished aluminum for my gauge cluster
And a little carnage from the past weekend from some rocks and a bigass hole I didn't see in the trees

Gonna let it dry overnight, then do another coat in the morning, then put everything back together later in the day,

03-24-2012, 12:50 PM
No I used rubberized undercoating, works better than rhino liner, more heat resistant too, last keep ha. Rhino liner, 4 coats of it and it peeled off of the tranny tunnel

Tinkering with it today, fucking track bar flex joint needs to be rebuilt again! And pitman arm TRE is toast, new one gets here at 1, pics to
Follow :D

04-05-2012, 01:55 PM
yanked out the old TRE, it was fuckin toast.
new one,
took it for a rip, still has some wobble at 60, but not nearly as bad as it was, holy fuck was it bad, last time we came back from stave, also tightened up the upper track bar flex joint a bit, im thinking im going to change it over from a flex joint to a creeper joint or ballistic joint, or something that will last longer than the fucking RE shit, seems like every 2 months i gotta pull the damn thing out and get it rebuilt,

anyways, figured since i was out i would go wash the jeep since its been a while since its had a bath lol

looks good all wet ;)

gonna go get it dirty again this weekend, almost just a waste of 10bucks hahaha

04-05-2012, 02:01 PM
LOL, looks great baby !!!

04-05-2012, 02:37 PM
if you would put down your purse and tightend up the flex joint like a man you would get longer than 2 month's out of it ... [22]

either that or the plastic races are 2 worn and cant hold the ball any more and need replaced .... just saying
