My name is Mark, I drive a 2006 Ranger. Leveled, 31" tires, lights, nothing really special. I mostly go to Triangle, because of how close it is, but I try to get out to hale when I can afford the gas.

Post ozone, I remember seeing them tear it down but I never went in it. There's wheeling in surrey, but I don't do it here, been told by some people you get ticketed for it. I've never gone to stave but I'd like to.
I'm actually from cloverdale, I don't recognize ginge-rook's truck though.

Surreyously? Are ya kidding?

Yeah... What Art said!

Man, that's not wheelin'!

You need to get out more and actually go somewhere where you can stretch your trucks legs and give it a real workout off road!

BTW, That be my old stomping ground!
I used to take my Rally Mini out there and put it through it's paces when I was growing up!

Depending on how Jen feels Sunday afternoon we might head out for a quick visit out there.
If I/we show up, look for a lifted Silver Jeep Liberty with a ski box on the roof and a bunch of off road lights...

Cheers

Ry'

Sorry not going to make it. We have tranny problems so no reverse which means time to park the jeep until we can get it fixed :(

hahaha last time we were at triangle 5 cop cars and a fire truck showed up for our fire. all got failure to extinguish fire tickets. Haven't been back since, not much to do there any more.

hahahahahaha heard that on the fox the other day, was a clip they were playing when they were talking to the surrey mayor, awesome.

It's okay, I drive a ford, I don't need to worry about fires happening.

markiiu
02-26-2012, 11:57 AM
But I run kumho tires, so if I went to stave they'd pick up enough nails to open my own hardware store. It's a shame there's nowhere good within 90km of me, though. The main reason I go to triangle is it's 30km to get there, and stave's three times as far (and less freeway, more back roads). Gas is expensive!

Well, triangle lived up to its reputation, someone left a half-sunk 4runner in the pond there.

i went there today and its not half bad its really good for stocks and lifts and tires guys guys that just wanna putt around and not worrie about breaking shit and its not hard to find and its pretty close if you like stave u wont like this place theres just big puddles a few trails and thats about it oh and some mud but if ur starting out in 4x4ing then this is the place to be!!! I wouldn't have a fire here or camp here but for 2-3 hours its alright it takes about a 1 1/2 to do everything at this place but there are some good climbs and stuff its worth a look.

also if you insure your truck for a day at a time this place is not worth doing that for its too small.....
