Are we talking death wobble sort of wobble or bent rim sort of wobble?

The wobble in the video didn't seem overly severe. Is it both sides? What style track bar do you run? Are the bolt holes ovalized?

castor x 2 should be 4-5.5 degrees positive for ya tuna ..using beads or weights

Me so stupid. I forgot it wasn't a TJ for a bit there. [16]

In that case, I have no idea. It won't be a caster problem if this has suddenly appeared.

Toe in 1/8 -1/16

i'd go 1/4" on front of tire with 38's.. this is what i have and have never had such issues.

I can take my hands off the wheel and it drives straight.

if the long tie rod was bent would that not give me more toe in

lol tuna you shoulda driven the 4 runner with the boggers
for the first few miles and it was intermitent
some times i think a slight tire imbalance can cause a intermitant shake
get both imbalances lined up it shakes till the next turn
changing position of imbalance
remember outside tire turns faster than inside

Think about that for a minute.

If you have a straight bar, then turn it into a banana, the total distance from end to end is shorter.

If the tie rod is behind the knuckle then it will cause toe out.

If the tie rod is in front of the lnuckle it will cause toe in.

Just sayin.

Yo ass hole! You know what it is and we have told u countless times. You are running bigger steering and bigger tires on a steering box and pump that were designed for a tire no bigger than a 235. Now save up your pop cans and get the psc hydro asist kit. Ask brett if it helps! Just saying!

I have the same problem most of the time my jeep drives as smooth as silk but it keeps on getting an intermittent death wobble the wobble is so bad that the whole front end violently shakes from side to side i have to come to a complete stop before it goes away then it is fine again fuckin thing is driving me nuts.

StinkFinger

I had the same problem chased every front end component finally said fuck it and threw a Panhard and steering stabilizer on it and haven't looked back

If your thinking of hydro Assist it's the best steering stabilizer the world has known
