There is a 78 2wd extended cab and chassison with a mechanics box that my neighbor here in Langley it was used as one of his company trucks. 351 and a Borg Warner T-19 and pretty sure its a Dana 70. Body is pretty solid the box has some rust its red and I am sure he would be willing to sell it. And I did get it running and drove it but its interior kinda got messed up by some squirrels but just the seat. Let me kno

The truck was just right deal for a couple parts needed , but would like to find a 67 -72 truck , short box would be great .

The one at kms has lots of rust box and iner fender , it needs lots of body work . Ralphs looked nice but inner fender could be toast , couldnt get close enough , no paper work. Anybody know if inner fenders are swapable from 73-79 .

73-79 should swap out. 67-72 dont work for the most part. Ive got 78's in my 72, and they are close, but just not quite!

Isn't that the way it works!!! We moved in here with 3 (2 autos, 1 trailer) and now it's 8 (6 autos, 2 trailers)

Hey Abf250 any pic of inner fender with hood up and work you had to make it happen .

Here's a couple pics! It is really close. The mounts to the firewall are off just a bit. I had to do a bit of finessing to get everything lined up. The holes for the hood hinges are just off a bit too. I drilled new holes and put bolts in there. As you can see, I dont have any bolts for the fenders. They dont line up. My fenders are not OEM, they are some crap, chinese made P.O.S's, there are big gaps between the fender and the inner fender. I got some bolts in there, and its good enough!! Oh yeah, please ignore the bungee cord holding the battery down!! This truck hasnt been offroad in 10 years!! It only gets driven once or twice a year!!

for what its worth i swapped a 67 hood and grill onto a 79 cab using a 77 rad support 79 inner and outer fenders and hood hinges. i slotted the holes on the hinges and the hood bolted on. You can trim the 79 fenders to match the side profile of the 67 grill. the hood latch is totally differnt on the 67 compared to the 79 though.
