I didnt do my seals but i changed the whole HPOP pump.
It was easier than changing a waterpump.
I got step by step instructions on the website FTE For Truck Enthusists

i've only changed the oil pump.

I had to take it in, as i didn't have the facilites to do it.
Plus, they gave me a warranty on it.

I would spend 45 bucks no problem on some orings from ford.

same with the turbo pedestal O-rings. Same with the cam position sensor. they are almost 100 bucks each. I've tried non-ford ones and they don't work properly.
