Do Dodges have electronic throttles like Fords do?

Friends truck wont rev up and has very poor throttle response.

I know my Ford has a electronic sensor that goes but need some info about Dodge?
Thanks

98.5 and up 24v engines all use an APPS accelerator pedal position sensor for throttle control. 98.5 - 2002 it is mounted on the intake man at the end of the throttle cable. They're pricey and non adjustable. I believe this is also a symptom of the inj pumps electronics starting to fail usually from overheating due to poor lift pump.

any of those dodges should have a low fuel pressure warning indicator

the lift pumps die with no real indication till it wipes out the injector pump
the indicator is cheep insurance
