For something like that I usually hit up the local scrapyard. Being from Kelowna, I'm not sure what's in your area or if Alder Steel has a scrapyard or not.

Where abouts is Alder steel?
I'm itchin' to try out the mig welder Jen bought me and build some rocker protection and an adaptor/ bracket to raise up our hitch mounted cargo carrier.

alder steel beat metal supermarkets price
on tubeing for my cage by 10 bucks a stick
and when i picked them up they were 28 foot lengths
instead of the 22 footers i paid 10 bucks more for at ms
more for less seems like a gooder deal imha

Always broke

Price isn't even close to metal Mart , when I priced some stuff it was $618.00 plus delivery and I got the same stuff for At Alder Steel for$210.00 delivered and they do have a scrap pile so show up on Friday afternoon with cash :)

They've actually been around for awhile. I use them them for all my metal. Prices are fair and service is good.
