Well this is not good. Looks like I need a new rotor and breaks for sure and you can see the Caliper is rubbing on the rim. :confused0006:

I'm thinking that stupid new hub lock nut system has loosened off and is what has caused this.

Not sure I'm liking this new kit [16]

we have never had them fail kevin when you redid them did you reuse all the old bearing's and race's in the wbh "wheel bearing hub " or did you replace and re grease them @ that time ? also the preload you set them 2 could be part of the issue as well simply put the design on these if installed correctly "there was picture's on the box " they cannot fail that's why they are soooo much better than the prevouis style ...

well your right the first time I installed them I had my pre-load set a little loose. I always repack my wheel bearings even when it’s not needed( about every 10th time out)

The 2nd time I repacked and set the preload everything was find and even checked the tire to see if it was loose after about a week and all was fine.

I have the instructions still and review them before I take them apart. Like I said it’s possible I screwed up but if I find a set up original lock nuts I’m going back to those…simple is better

Probably due to the loose nut behind the wheel.
