This is what happens to a Dana 30 A (Aluminum diff case)
Front diff mass failure!

I guess Chrysler never expected Liberty owners to actually use KJ's off road!

We will definitely be upgrading to that steel diff casing early next year...

Unless someone croaks or we win a lottery, then I'll Solid front axle ours.

Unless you go to a full solid front axle set up, there just is not enough room
for a stronger front diff!
