weld them of course... :dontknow: :dontknow:

I did not do the rear... I DD this thing in the WINTER as well, so umm no thanks....

well changing my diff fluids this week, and well if ya know me I dont have a lot of free tiem, so it turned int oa 4 days process ...

then got me a decal made....

seen it done a few different ways, just welding hte corners, every other spline sorta, best ones Ive seen hold up are just the more welds the better, less chance of something cracking and giving way.... either way is destroyed.... all for now.... gotta go try it out, should wok good with the posi lok sorta work like a selectable locker....

In closing I will add that this is about the most $$ Im going to invest in a dana 30........ dont see a need for chrome moly yada, :rtft: and stuff that will just prolly break anyhow as Im going to 36 TSLs next year....

now gotta go try it out....

Snap snap, best way to do it is pull the spiders out and fill the teeth with weld but 2 so that u can get them back in, like a mini spool, but that way works, if u grenade it you will probably need a new carrier as well,

^^ Ya I have a spare set of 4.10 gears for it, carrier and all.... I have a 8.8 with 3.73 so .......

I need gears for the rear, I figure, worst case IF it grenades, I will pop the 4.10 in it and get hte 8.8 up and going, I will just have to hurry as opposed to being lazy about it.... just need a set of spiders for the 8.8

In the end I guess what Im after is a 44 in the front and prolly just keep the 8.8 in the rear, 36 TSLs, and 4.56.... and that should do me for as hard as I wheel.....
