Cracked one hub on plow truck and it blew apart since bolts always back off. Put f\t hubs on for now with a lock tab the goes straight across 2 bolts and the ends bend up so bolts cant back out. I cannot use my current homeade tabs with this mm hub in pic below unless I notch them so they go around hump betweemn each pair of holes in the mm hub style.

Yes, came out of gmc\chev 1975 3/4 ton pick-up. As for heavy duty how is it better than a regular dana 44? It was matched to the diamond shaped pumkin d60 rear with 10.5" ring gear. Truck had 400 sb yet that 400 I sold 7 years ago.

that diff has bigger everything the spindles are bigger too

I was told the only differences are the 8 bolt hub and spindles. Are axle shafts thicker than 1/2 ton dana 44? MM Hubs cost me $100/pair new... came with useless lock tabs though. Maybe warn has better style lock tabs to keep 3/8" bolts from backing out.... Once one mm hub blew apart I put stock iron f\t hubs back on with a strip of steel with ends bent over across two bolts so 3 strips per hub. Now they never back out lol!!
