I would just fill the rest with new fuel, Anything over 2 years I usually drain it and mix it with old motor oil and use it to lite fires :D

Drain the shit. Fuel a year old is fucked. Hard on injectors and won't burn properly. It will leave deposits on everything it touches.
Stabilizer doesn't do anything to old fuel...just keeps fresh fuel fresh.

is it a big process to clean a tank?

my tracker sat for almost two years with a 1/4-1/2 tank I dropped the tank replaced the pump and filters and cleaned out the tank.

then I put the rest of the fuel in the my old mans truck if you mix it with fresh gas it will burn it just need to be less then 1/2 a tank of fuel.

if you drop the tank might as well replace pump and pick up screen while you are in there.

Just run it, it's only a year old thats nothin. I got customers plus my own cars that sit around for a year plus at a time and have never seen gas "go bad" in that time frame.
