I'm just gonna jump in as a non-Jeep guy and say a R.E. 6" long arm kit would be the way to go? "Jeepers" correct me if I'm wrong.

if your looking for a cheap bolt in kit call garys auto wreaking, used lifts pretty cheap. id say longer springs and shocks. maby spacers? rubi adjustable track bar and loose the sway bar shit. trim and roll the front and rear wheel wells .grand Cherokee steering. a set of big boots then go dent it up!

I haven't realy looked at it much I think it's got a 2 inch lift with spacer add a leaf it's got 31s on it they rub a lil it's got no sway bars first plan is to gut the interior throw down some rock gaurd some alot of cutting Im gunna look for a font and rear used cheep free bumper set if I can't find anything I'm gunna build something some rock sliders and go dent it up

8.8 ford explorer same wheel bolt patern can get with disk or drum brakes
UU runs 38s 360 power and beats it
same dif in jj and happy pants diff is now in trail junkys heep now i think

If your already on 31s then just do some trimming to give some more clearance
Or theow a set of v8 grand cherokee coils in it. I think they give you 2 inches and either rear blocks:eek: or get a set of leaves built.
But then your control arms are pretty much straight up and down so your better to go long arm, think Poly performance makes some decent lifts now adays, or wait and see what RE is doing

no there not jeeps 5 on 4.5 an ford is 5 on 5.5

y go any bigger, 31s are fine an you can run up to 33s on your stock running gear with no problems unless your thrashing your shit or you might be lucky an get strong axle shafts

I'm thinking trimming is the way to go for Now as well I totaly wasn't thinking bout the grand coils I heard that was a 2 inch lift the jeep I'm preaty sure has 2 inches allready I'm preaty damn sure it has 31s on it and it only rubs on full lock and hitting a bump the rear has sagged a lil so if there ain't a block in it I'll throw one in to level it out if any one has some cheep / free bumpes or Knossos some cheep and easy bumper builds for these things lemme kno I need tow points

don't put a short arm lift in it..

EVERYBODY who puts a short arm lift in it, and wheels it, changes it to a long arm kit.

why spend the money twice.

IF you wnat to get a qulity lift, (and RE is closed) go clayton.

I've been running the control arm drop brackets, and have been pleased so far, going on three years. Yes to do it again I'd go long arm for sure.
