single cross pin? I've seen one fail but was due to wear. the lockright for the v6 axles uses dual cross pins and people have had more luck with them.

you using this in the front or rear?

Personally my next locker will be an ARB for the front and i'll keep my rear spool, my turning radius sucks balls.

It was about 30-40 bucks less than the aussie
i think this has two cross pins and they are of thicker stronger steel. also i wont be doing donuts on dry pavement .
Its going in the rear end.
Should be here next week.

he was referring more to splitting the carrier in half like you did. the typical breaking points with lockrights, aussie and other ratcheting style lockers has always been the cross pin breaking causing the carrier to break in half.

the constant loading and unloading is a lot of force and eventually something gives up.

oh and, get a front locker already! :D
