Few of us off of bcjeep went up to Stave yesterday to try out this hamburger hill we hear about. Went up it! It was an awesome day. Had everything from sun to hail and a good group of people. One YJ, two TJ's, and two Wagons..... ONE WAS STOCK.

Went out to the flats after where there was a mini dirt track carved out. Watched a stock blazer and the stock xj race around for a while before heading home.

Here are the vids. Dont know who everyone is on this site but speak up and identify yourself.

why they call that hamburger hill? i was exspecting something a bit more challenging then that. whats the rating of that trail? i'm guessing around a 0 - 1 rating looked pretty easy, but i must admit it looked fun eitherway. beat spending 10 hours tugging buddy's exploder out the mud lol. which is how i spent most of yesterday. lol

The name of the hill has to do with some members on here that found the trail, I think!

Brand New MTR's...... Not brand new Trxus.

So far they get a fail in my book. My old Trxus with 50% seemed to grip better then the MTR's with 100%.

That's fair enough. Never tried going up h. hill in the Trxus so I'll get a better idea of a comparison once I do the stuff I usually do like Eagle tomorrow.

ya I've done that trail a million times in the old ford. you gotta kinda straddle that crack at the top and you'll walk right up. first did it with the ol 35 inch mtrs not a prob

The rear is a d60 & I'm sure the atlas will be just fine.[f]

Yes, pulling the other way would prob. be safer too. The intent was not really to pull him up, he wanted a strap attached before goin up, as a safety. I figured he would prob. walk up it.

Was a gooder day out [cheers]
