Here are some fall pictures around Riske Creek and a couple pictures form my Cabin at little big bar lake

Bruiser turned 1 at the end of septmeber and this picture was takin on his first birthday

Its starting to get cold at night, this is from a mornign when it was -4 at 9am

Bruiser isnt a good cold weather dog...

Palmer Lake

I have a very awsome neighbour and he has been letting me tride his horses until we buy a couple horses in the spring

this is Toby his old ranch horse, he is 24 and retired but he still likes to go out on trail rides so I have been riding him bareback and he stayed at our property for a month until we turned him out to be with the other horses until spring

a couple dun yearlings my other enighbour owns, there guys are bred to be bucking horses....

yep I work for the chilcotin lodge, but its only seasonal :( Kris should be workign at themill when it opens up our neighbour works there and can get Kris a good job

And Honky we are definatly living the dream we both love it here soooo much and so do the dogs!!!!!

Hey, we just spent a week up at Raven Lake. Went into Palmer on our quads for a day. Beautiful country up there. And lots of grouse too! yum.
I'm jealous.

nope thats David that im riding with he lives beside the lodge.

Are you talking about Jack Palmantier ??? He owns the bucking horses, we live across from him. The view from our house looks to one of his fields that he usualy has the yearlings in.

We where at raven lake last week fishing caught a couple in the short time (half hour maybe an hour) that we where there. One of my favorite fishing lakes. We didnt fish at Palmer it was too windy :(

wow. guess it sucks to wake up with a sunrise on a lake over looking the fields. and resting with a drink at night over looking the sky with a horrible sunset .

No kidding! I'm jealous, not a horse person but to live where you do would be a dream for sure - just have to substitue a quad for the horse! :D

thanks!! this fall was definatly beautifull!!! all the leaves are gone and plants are dead from the frost now, it didnt take long
