well took the old hag up for the toy run, made some quick fenders and lights and had a great time, she run great, put her in some good holes. little overheating here and there(small fan) and dead alternator oh and through the front u joint, but other than that i had a blast! forgot what it was like to have a big block under your foot, damn she's fun, going to finish the rear cage and front bumper and get some lights on it and either bed sides or better fenders. tune the motor and giver shit for a while. wouldn't mind getting some 44's but want to collect some spare parts before i do that:D :D heres a few shots from the day

did u even take it apart to see what was wrong with it there isn't much to them and parts are usually a lot cheaper then a new one.

nope bought a new one.. haha it was only $60 but truck still doesn't start. batter must be right dead or i got a bad ground somewhere, i put jumpers on the battery and try to turn it over and just clicks now, hopefully the starter isn't gone....[16]

well got three of the four headlocks mounted, what. a. nightmare.
after getting the first one mounted and filled i herd the worst.. ssssssssssssss..
dammit! there was a leak pulled everything off and found the pin hole son of a bitch! welded and were good, but good thing i check the other cause one rim had a few pin holes bubbling. here was the headlocks through the steps
http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-11.jpg
http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-12.jpg

http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-21.jpgprimed and painted white

and then the fun part... mounting.. fuck.

http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-7.jpgdone (but then had to pull for leak ) hahahttp://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-10.jpghere is a photo of that little bastard, i used oil around the top of the ring and a air gun under blowing up to see bubbles and found it,drilled and filled and no leaks, for now ....http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-8.jpgi torqued them to about 17fps.. conned them a little more than liked but it should be okay, i should have made a filler for the inside of the lip but will see how bad it is..http://i318.photobucket.com/albums/mm417/proskimjb/image-9.jpg

man they look so cool. but I'm nervous about how they are going to drive.. i tired my best to line up the tire but i have a bad feeling they are going to wobble

next time you remove the the tires run some tech beadsealer, shit prevents leaks and helps prevent the inner bead from burping on low pressures

ran my tracker/toyota thing on 36 iroks @ 1-2 psi and never blew a bead or had any leak down.

I'll be doing the same with my buggy
