Does any of the dana50ttb.bolt onto the ball joint dana60(breaks,hubs and spindles)is my main concern...thanx

spindles no, wheel hub maybe, locking hubs yes, breaks are diffrent i think

I'm getting 10 different answers lol does it help if the dana50 is in a 94 and the dana60 is supposed to be a 95-96ish

there are about 3 different d50 fronts as well.

That's obvious but all of the breaks etc. Have less than 5000klms on them from my dana 50 and why waist money buying parts I don't need if I have them all ready the diff will be no good to me after...

Ive also hard thres a few different versions of the D50, guys talk about the heavier duty ones with big hubs and a light duty one with smaller hubs more like a d44.

I think the main difference is that the spindle mount is way thicker on a d60 which makes the axle shaft longer and it has a bigger ujoint, but everything else is the same if your working with the hd d50, from what ive read anyway.
