go up glenrosa rd turn right onto gates rd follow till it turns into oriole dr follow that till it dead ends and the trail begins or you can climb the little hill on the corner of oriole and canary dr it'll be on the left by the bus stop sign. once you are on the trail it just climbs up to power lines follow then till you hit the short but steep trail just kinda drops follow it down then turn right when it joins up with the other trail follow it till it splits stay left then it will climb again stay left at the burned out van and it will climb more then when you get to the top you can pop out on the rd going to jack pine just past crystal mountain ski area (if you have a small truck the exit at this rd is not full size friendly) if your in a full size like i was you'll have to turn around and go all the way back out unless you wanna fill in the hole.
