dont have any money, i've read that there a biatch to tune, and a stock carb with a couple things done to it and it'll run on its side.

Bullshit, I have run one for 7 years.

unless you are pointed straight up to the sky they work better than stock.

way easy to tune, lets the truck breathe.....Rogan just put one on also.

we used tocance to weber carb when these trucks were almost new
the side draft webers are a pain to set up
the weber dave is talkingabout is 2barel down draft easier to set up than stock
the weber we used to use was for vw rabbit i think been 20 years
we made our own adapter with 1/2 inch aluminum

Sorry to steal this post but for arnee... redlinedirect sells the entire conversion kit for the 32/36 webber super easy install, you have to tweak the throttle cable a bit but i just used a stiffer spring. also once you FOLLOW the directions to tune it from the box, everything else is easy to keep maintained.

So johnny do you have a front drive shaft?

PS the webber was just over 300 delivered to my door that includes the adapter kit and all hardware
