thanks again the master is tight n resevior too
all pieces were used so its on the fly
i had to turn the master verticle to bleed it
its been a night mare and the slave doesnt have a typical bleeder its got this hexagon bit with no nipple so air gets in real easy
but the pedal is firm
gonna re bleed tomorrow ill let you guys know how it goes
thanks again

had the same problem with my truck my slave had a bigger bore than the master. piston size is stamped on them

check the push rod into the master. they have a tendency to wearout as well as the aluminum bracket and shit there

so bled it again absolutely no air.As it turns out on a flat surface the clutch actually starts to engage as the pedal is about halfway released but the truck doesn't start to roll till the pedal is almost fully released. So i guess soon it'll be a new clutch pack.lol Thanks for all the ideas!
