I picked this truck up dirt cheap a year ago it was garage kept for 10-15 years and came with absolutely everything for parts brand new most of it installed and a fresh rebuilt 6.3. I picked it up as sort of a favour for someone moving and was just too good to go to a wrecker..

What do I do with it?? I am unfamiliar with GMs especially older and diesel..

Are they reliable engine wise? Should I ditch the diesel and go gas??
Should I just sell it and be rid of it??

fully rebuilt 6.3 diesel

small body and suspension lift

Detroit locker

new everything from rad to brake lines to heater core and almost eveyrthing in between..

As it sits now engine is in and it's a roller

needs wirig harness and cooling system done heater core brakes hooked up and bled fluids in the diffs and tranny all of which are there new and some in duplicate...

I need to deal with it one way or another any input would be great

they are super dependable last for ever don't make much power can't do much to make power but super reliable if it's a nice clean truck just keep it and run it for year's on the cheap as parts are every ware and easy to find
