You know how it is, get one BJ and you just want another.
Picked up one more diesel Cruiser today, this one for parts.
Has some odd stuff in it though, a factory bar on the rear gate that i have no idea what it is or for.
I got a blow up of the gate with it on there but no description as to what it is.
60/40 front seats, never seen that before either.
And full rubber flooring instead of carpet.
Swapped the truck for a set of 5 80 series wheels and front brakes from same.

Good parts truck for what sounds like a pretty sweet deal man! I'm diggin' the rubber floor, is it in good shape throughout? That bar is attached with a few sheet metal screws by the looks of it - pretty surprising that its OEM!

The bar is to keep your surf boards neatly organized, and prevent from banging around.. two under two over.. when cruzing back window open of course. [cheers]

Ran when parked in 03. I will drain and refill the fuel syst. lube the cylinders and fire it before i disassemble her.
I get my Toyota parts from ''American Toyota" in Albuquerque NM
A few of the parts guys there are Cruiser Heads so i get what i order and parts are cheap.
I will not buy Toyota parts in Canada unless i absolutely need them NOW!
The dealerships here must blaze a big rock then brake out the price gun.

Your # 4 with that comment except the easterners call it bumper shinning, go figure.
Todd said he wanted to trade for my truck so i guess i am swapping it for a 62 series, been a dam fine week i must say.
Tires and wheels are already spoken for Todd but you can have the rear springs.
Come to think of it this one will have 4.11 gears as opposed to your 3.7s

From the amount of green slim on the truck i'd have to say ALL sides were facing north!

This truck has seen it's fair share of abuse, you can easily tell it has been on its lid before.
Some of the body parts i wanted to use have been recycled once already.
This project of mine is really testing my metal bending skills!
And HELL NO those aren't my welds!

The body is completely off and deposited at the squisher but i thought i would post a pic of Todd pulling some dash parts.
We got a chuckle over how well the stereo was protected, count the fuses.
Oh and the frame is in great shape.
