Well, today my old faithful '76 GMC broke her hip. (Well, actually axle). I was Just pulling the boat out of storage and snap, the rear passenger wheel is a few feet away from where it's suppose to be. It's almost a relief, though. She should of been junked years ago because of rust, but her engine is still in great shape, doesn't burn oil or anything, AND she's on propane which was less pain at the pump, so I just couldn't bear to give her up. I was thinkin of replacing the entire rear since both of the brakes were shot, and the diff was worn to heck. But I've decided the time has come to put her out to pasture. The body rust is crazy bad.

So before I call the tow truck to come pick her up, I thought I would see if anyone on here wants a parts truck. (Free) I'll be taking the tires, battery, CD player, etc... but if you want her, come on up to Salmon Arm with a trailer and she's all yours. It would make me feel good to know she's living on in another truck.

Front end is good except for pitman arm, which is worn. Tie rod ends recently replaced. Front brakes are good. Engine is a 350 on strait propane. Runs well. Leaks a bit of oil but doesn't burn any. Windshield good. No cracks. U Joints good.

So yea, if you want her e-mail me at themusicalfish@hotmail.com or call John @ 250-804-2021. I'll be calling the auto wrecker on thursday to come and get her otherwise (... tear)

Oh yea, forgot to mention that I was going to sell the tires on the buy & sell, but if anyone wants them they're Kumho Mud tires size 35x12.5 on a 15" 6 bolt chevy rim. 60-70% tread left. First $250 takes em.

No prob buck. I saw the yellow truck around town recently kind of sounding like my truck, so I'm guessing the engine transplant went ok.
