So I fiannly got the shop so I can get in there and work and have all my tools setup so the build started this weekend.. I started this project as it will suit my budget better

1994 Explorer SAS dana44 From 79 F150 - Going To Be Running 488 Gears
9'' Rear From the Same F150, For the rear I did a SPOA with a block but when i got it sitting on its own weight with the 2 1/4 block made this thing way to big for my liking so I will be ditching the rear block to get it as low as possible.its got 2'' body lift . I have not totally decided on tires but they will probably be in the 36'' range. I plan on doing an interal Cage, Rock sliders and Custom Bumpers Front And Rear. Nothing to extreme yet as its more of a family wheeler.

You prolly know but I'm gonna say it anyways, get some long radius arms and sleeve the ends and run a Johnny joint or RE flex joint and build yourself a custom crossmember, it will flex WAY better, also pull the over load spring out of the rear and you won't roll it, trust me I know, ask skyjacker lol, after he finished his ranger sas I rolled it in the backyard, aftt pulling the overloads it flexes wicked now,

yes my plan is 79 f150 radius arms. extended with a joint on the end... with a custom crossmember. overload spring is already out of the rear. :)
