Does any one have a pick of where a shop would route the second exhaust for duals for my truck? the transfer case is in the way on the drivers side and it's tight for space on the other side, but do-able i guess... pics would be sweet!

also.... if headers fit on a 86 f250 302 would they fit on this truck as well? thanks for the info guys!

:D

ya that last one is doable minus the single exhaust.... the other two conflict with transfer case or other components.... :D thx

l have the same kind of truck
and l was thinking of chopping out the cats. and running 2 pipes side by side out to infront of the rear tire on the pass..side. with a classic cherry bomb on each.

Yes, I put a set on my 92 and they fit just fine. I ran 2 into 1 larger diameter pipe into a flowmaster and back into 2,and ditched the cat. It's not a true duel ,but because the single part is larger ,I think the flow volume is at least close to the same as if it was. It definatly made a big power difference.[cheers]

k that sounds like a pretty good plan.... i might go that way bc i think it would be way easier and the larger diameter wouldn't restrict much like you said...

cheers

I had it on 2 of my trucks and lots do it. You can cross over to the pass side and go over the cross member or go on both sides i have done this once but its tight. If you have a body lift it works better. Thers lots of room for the mufflers behind the case and work realy good if you hang them almost vertical or 45sh. Jerrys is the best in town but will cost a sht load but worth it.

my old bronco had duals. they both went down the passenger side of the truck.
