hey guys, the vehicle is a 94 blazer/Tahoe(full size)

wondering if the complete diffs from a full size 1/2 ton chev/gmc pickup is a direct bolt it?? same width etc?? I think they should but just wanted to verify.

thanks in advance: colby

are you talking about a solid axle front? I believe its ifs on that truck so no, its lots of work to do a sas in that

I'm looking at buying this tahoe. the rear diff is blown. I'm just wondering if I can take a junk yard diff from a 1/2 ton pickup(with the same gear ratio as the front diff) and bolt it in. i wasn't sure if the diff width's were the same? spring pad mount widths were the same?

thanks in advance: colby

same year half ton should be the same for perchs and all else, but I would measure first.

For the most party chevy to chevy shouldn't be much difference but yea measure first if its not from the same year or go and talk to a wrecking yard they usually have an idea of what will swap in.

I could be wrong (the wife tells me i'am all the time) but i belive you need a diff from 91or92 and up as per the 94 your looking at buying will have ABS brakes.
