why tig them? waste of time IMO, especially if they are powdercoated. mig is so much more time and cost effective on a steel truck bumper.

Simple... cause they look nicer, we're not building these bumpers to get rich. We take pride in what we do. So taking a little extra time to tig the together is well worth it to me.

Its is also easier to make a tig weld look skookem especially if you wash over it again. :)


. My brother wants a front bumper for his and the picture he sent was similer so I might copy your design a bit (winch not receiver on the front) if you dont mind [cheers]
