well the other t-case prob. had over 100K and was never broke in enough to take out on the trails, so who knows :dontknow:

if your worred about the run in on the t case gears, they are not of they hypoid type.. i wouldn't be toooooo concernd about it.

Hell i never did a proper run in on mine and they are fine

is it just me or does your driveshaft have liek 1/2 and inch of compression slip?
or is that ok because the shackle is at the front?

yes because the shackles are in the front as you articulate the axle moves forward, if the shackles were in the back then you would need more slip as the diff would move backward instead,
