just curious about wat to expect as for fuel milage with the 460 i just dumpd in my truck.. wats the average ppl are getting with theres? i used to get 220km/60L tank with my inline 6 on a good tank.. watchu all get with UR 460's???

well my 460 gets about 300km a tank... why does it matter its for wheelin.... and it doesn't even run yet

my cop car 460 in my bronco gets 12mph with 35's and 355 gears on the hwy and that was with a 800 cfm carb at 3300 rpm

on average i get about 300-350 kms on a 72 l tank driving a mix of city/highway lightly and about 240-280 with a lead foot[36]

I gotta 33 gallon tank, Which is 124 liters. 300-350km to a tank.

EDIT: and everyday I drive it I drive it like i stole it

We had a 460 in our bronko on propane, and it was a very strong, healthy 460. We did good to get 200k out of 90l. But it would outrunn almost everything light to light.

my friend had a 87 460, said it made no difference whether you babied it or not. it would get around the same mileage, but then again it had a piece of shit double pumper holley carb on it. the truck was on 44's so that probably made a difference
