View Full Version : East harrison to clear creek

Headed out to the hot springs with Troy, Regulate34, and Rngrgtndrty. We stopped by Lester's and were told they were off limits due to sheet ice on the road. We carried on and got to the tubs with no problem.

One of the many icy creek crossings
Regulate34 taking the hard way
Ice wall beside clear creek
These 2 ice berms perfectly lined up with my wheel base which made it interesting to get over.
On the way out
playing it the gravel pit
Was a good day but slow going out. Thickest fog I ever drove in. Maybe 3-4 truck lengths of visibility, sometimes only 1.

Hey harvester , you got pics of me on that ice..think you took a couple?

thats why it's better to make your own hot tub. Easy to do all you need is a river---fire--and copper coil

Do the " own hot tub" all summer last usually at 42k west Harrison. Upgraded our pump and more copper tubing. Was almost heated last year with 6 hours of generator noise and the fire warden came and announced fire ban. What a burn, no pun intended. Alot of work. To dig that hole.
Might do it in winter will see.
