Hey everyone found this site after doing a search for BC based offorading forums. I recently got a 1994 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 High output. It's pretty much stock aside from a crap load of maintenance I did to it. Been out wheelin in it a few times, does very well for a stock vehicle, aside from bottoming out in a couple spots. I plan to put it in no more then a 6" suspension lift with some 33's come spring along with lots of other goodies.
I'm not new to 4x4ing, I've had other 4x4's in the past as well as buddies that used to go wheelin. I just really missed going out in the bush, hittin some trails, crawling some rocks, you know how it goes. Pure fun. So i'm back in the game.
Thought i'd sign up to hopefully gain some info and help with my Heep being that it does need some work. Also to see if there's any groups or just a couple a peeps that plan a day or weekend and go out wheelin once in a while?
Anyway cool site, i'm sure you'll see me posting [cheers]

Its the fact that it is a JEEP that is the problem.

I'll post pics of my jeep tomorrow. My buddy for my birthday built me a really sweet front bush bumper. My old bumper was dented and pushed in so he built me a new tube style with heavier brackets and tabs for fog lights. Should be able to drive through trees with it lol.
Not sure where everyone is from and I'm in Kelowna, but I was thinking next Sat goin for a run somewhere if anyone is interested.

wow, thats a bumper and a half lol, nice, yea perhaps one weekend you could come down to the coast for a weekend of wheeling, your jeep would NOT have made it half way through the trail we did this weekend,

that a country or laredo edition xj?

Ya stock height has me pretty limited on what trails to take, even though I still try [36] . I'm actually thinking a lift is going in before spring.

It's a country edition
