well after i slammed my truck into a huge rock and twisted my axle, i needed a new eyelet for my Fox coilovers. i called fox racing to try and get one and they said i have to go thru a distributer and they recomended mirage. ( http://www.mirageraceproducts.com/ )

I emailed them to get a price and it was very good. ($40 for a new eyelet. annodized aluminum) so they packaged it up and shipped it the same day. UPS called the next day when it was at the boarder so i paid the $20 duty to get it across. about a week and a half later when i didnt get it yet i email and ask where it is.

He gave me a tracking number and UPS said it was delivered(they just left it on the door step). :confused0006: :confused0006: so i emailed him again and wondered what happened. turned out he messed up on one number of the address. just so happened the address was an abandoned house that UPS left it on the door step of. i went there and there was no box to be found.

I emailed him back and he shipped another one out the same day and i recieved it 2 days later. he even sent me back the $20 i spent on duty the first time. very good customer service.

I would highly recomend them for all your coilover suspension needs. they are super nice and they were really good about fixing the mess up and getting another part out to me super fast.
