Hi all,

Thought it was about time I posted my welcome msg.... so here goes....

Names Andy and now live in Revelstoke, emigreated here from the UK 2.5yrs ago with the wife & dog. Have been messing with Land Rovers for the past 10 years or so and currently have a 1999 Discovery 2 as my DD and trail truck. The D2's currently under going mods that include Trutrac's front & rear HD half shafts & CV etc... already has a lift, winch & some under body armour. Long term plans are to build a full roof rack & install a roof tent for back country camping trips.

My other truck's a D90 that's 4" lifted, 3 linked, winched & exo-caged. That's waiting a minor rebuild over winter into prob a trayback for more extreme wheel'in fun [36] Although I've not compleatly decided yet....

Looking to meet up with other 'locals' for trips out etc....

Here are a couple of pic's of the D2.... will post some of the D90 laters.

Hi all & thanks for the great welcome :happy0045:

Thought I'd post a short video of the D90 in action on the twist-off ramp at a Land Rover show back in the UK. Since then it got the exo cage refitted & some Staz works beadlocks plus a new front bumper for an 8274.

Pic's are from the same show.

OK... so, who's the most local to me then ?

BTW, that's not me in the truck, is the owner of Qt Services, a good mate of mine.

Nice Rover. The front bumper and winch are mint. I have a buddy in Salmon Arm that has a bunch of them for parts if you ever need them. (Close by)

He also does repair, 'cuase apparently they are not the easiest to upkeep. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Welcome! Cheers!
