I need a wirinbg diagram for a stand alone ford ignition system. I basicly need to know what wires to use in the duraspark system so I can bypass the entire stock harness and get this thing running.

I don't know what you are using for a stand alone but the Duraspark ign is easy . . .
Now I can't remember colour codes but this is the basic idea
Ign module has one 2 pin plug and one 4 pin plug,
. . . 2 pin plug has one ignition power lead(red I think) and one spliced to starter crank lead(white I think)
. . . 4 pin plug has one lead to coil negative(I want to say green), one lead that grounds in the distributor base(I'm pretty sure it's black), and 2 leads that go to distributor magnetic pick up(should be purple and orange) - one high and one low signal referance
Distributor has one plug with 3 leads, these all go back to the ign module . . . ground lead, pick up high, and pick up low
Coil has 2 leads, coil posative to ignition power switch (on the jeeps this power lead is resisted to reduce voltage), coil negative to ign module.
