not a problem inherant to propane that i have ever heard of ? perhaps something is getting wet ignition wise?

I doubt it. He says he could park in the evening in the sun, then if its raining in the morning its hard to start... Its got me stumped.... I thought propanes intake system was a fairly sealed system so dampness wouldn't cause much of an issue... Seeing as he's not driving it through the rain then trying to start it later I dont think it could be wet ignition...

the ignition modules are on the driver inner fender there could be water getting in from the hood gap causing ignition problems.
I'd try taping over the gaps while its dry then wait and see if it starts easy in the rain

Ignition,,,,,,being plugs, wires, or weak spark.
