Hey all,

I found a body guy to work my truck over, and my bfs a welder so hes going to be building her some bumpers and skid plates. I love the look of the baja trucks....

What do you guys think about this, 4-6in baja style front and rear fenders... with a six inch suspention lift.. and put her on 33"... she still gets driven every day and has seen lots of back roads this summer going camping and got some big hunts planed for the fall....

I want a truck that looks sexy[36] is not over board and still usefull...

Is it worth doing? Who sells/makes then? wheres the best deal?

I'd avoid it unless you plan on swapping in a 9" or something for the rear, I put 4" bushwacker cut outs on my Ranger, and all it did was accentuate how narrow the ranger 8.8 is. I have an 8.8 from an aerostar that is wider than an exploder 8.8, so that should fix it. But depending on how wide you plan on flaring the rears, I wouldn't do it.

Just my 2 cents

Kinda hard to see it from the pics, but it's really noticable in real life. (really bugs me too, it looks like a body builder who never worked his legs :D )

yeah just stock, but I still need the aerostar diff as the dana 35 is definately wider up front.

I forgot she's got a new ranger.

is it pretty hard on the clutch/engine with that size tire on stock ratio?
