My buddy found a solid axle for his '95 F250 and we did the swap last weekend. He bought front and rear axles from a 2000 Superduty (went from 3.55 to 3.73), job went pretty easy. No relocating spring perches, same width, had to get longer front ubolts. Needed an adapter for the rear brake hose, superduty axle uses 1/4" brake line to hose, so got a 3/16 - 1/4 adapter to cure the rear. Used the superduty front hoses as the old ones were too short, had to get a 3 way block for the left front as the old hose had it as one piece. Found the right offset ujoint for the front shaft at Lordco but had to order the rear offset from a shop in Abbotsford, can't recall the name.

So if anyone had been planning a D60 swap and can't find one, the superduty axles fit pretty easily.
